Deep Industries surges as its arm enters into Joint Venture Agreement with Simplex Infrastructures

Deep Industries is currently trading at Rs. 425.65, up by 16.95 points or 4.15% from its previous closing of Rs. 408.70 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 411.90 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 426.15 and Rs. 409.90 respectively. So far 19235 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'B' stock of face value Rs. 5 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 624.50 on 08-Jan-2025 and a 52 week low of Rs. 243.00 on 04-Jun-2024.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 426.15 and Rs. 386.00 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 2727.36 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 63.49%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 3.35% and 33.17% respectively.

Deep Industries’ subsidiary -- Breitling Drilling has entered into a Joint Venture Agreement with Simplex Infrastructures with the object of creating business synergies for capturing prospective growth opportunities. 

As per the terms of Joint Venture Agreement, 74% of the equity shares/voting rights will be owned by the company and remaining 26% will be held by Simplex Infrastructures.
