M M Forgings has informed that pursuant to Regulation 29(1) of SEBI LODR Regulations, a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Saturday, 24 May 2025, to: 1 consider and approve the audited standalone and consolidated financial results of the Company for the quarter and year ended 31 March 2025; and any other matter as may be specified in the agenda. This is for the information of all ‘specified persons’ that Trading Window is closed from 01 April 2025 to 26 May 2025 for the purpose of approval of audited Financial Results for the quarter ended 31 March 2025, for the Board Meeting to be convened on 24 May 2025. Thus ‘specified persons’ are prohibited from trading in the Company’s equity shares during the said period. The intimation has already been made by the Company on 26 March 2025.
