The Aditya Birla Lifestyle Brands, Resulting Company, at its Board Meeting held today, has approved the following appointments: a) Dharmendra Lodha as Chief Financial Officer and Key Managerial Personnel with effect from May 15, 2025, and b) Rajeev Agrawal (Membership No. A18877) as Company Secretary and Compliance Officer, Key Managerial Personnel with effect from May 15, 2025. Communication dated May 15, 2025 received from the Resulting Company is enclosed as Annexure I.
