Consider and approve the Audited Financial Results for the Fourth Quarter and Year ended 31st March, 2025. 2. Consider and recommend final dividend, if any, for the Financial Year 2024-25 In this connection, the Trading Window which was closed since 01.04.2025 to all the Directors / Officers / Designated Employees / Promoters covered under ‘RADIX Code of Conduct for prevention of Insider Trading’, Trading window will be open from May 25, 2025 i.e, after 48 hours of the declaration of results.
