Sayaji Industries has informed that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the company will be held on Wednesday, 28th May, 2025, to consider and approve, the Audited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results of the Company for the 4th Quarter and year ended 31st March, 2025. Further, in continuation to its disclosure on Closure of Trading Window dated 28th March, 2025, pursuant to the provisions of the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and the Company's Code of Conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading, it has enclosed that the Trading Window for dealing in Securities of the Company shall remain closed for the Designated Persons (including their immediate relatives) of the Company till 48 hours post publication of results and such persons shall not be permitted to trade in the securities of the Company till 48 hours post publication of results.
