MP Agro Industries has informed that pursuant to Regulation 29 of SEBI Listing Regulation (LODR) 2015, meeting of the Board of Directors of the company scheduled to be held on Friday, 30th May, 2025 to consider the audited financial statements for the year ended on 31st March, 2025 and Audit Report thereto. Further, in continuation of letter dated 26th March, 2025, for closure of trading window for the aforesaid purpose, the Trading Window for trading in Company's securities will continue to remain closed till 1st June, 2025 pursuant to the Company's ‘Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading.
