Manoj Jewellers has informed that in terms of the Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading under the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the trading window for dealing in Equity Shares of the Company will remain closed with effect from Monday, May 12, 2025 till 48 hours after communication of financial results for the year ending on March 31, 2025 to the Stock Exchanges. The date of Board meeting for consideration of the said financial results would be intimated to the Stock Exchanges in due course of time.
