Aditya Birla Nuvo has informed that the Investor Relations and Finance Committee of the Board of Directors of the company has allotted 19544 Equity Shares under the Company’s Employee Stock Option Scheme, 2006 (ESOS-2006). The said 19544 shares shall rank pari passu with the existing Equity Shares of the company in all respects. Consequent to the above allotment, the Equity Share Capital of the company stands increased from 120240195 to 120259739 Fully Paid-up Equity Shares of Rs. 10 each aggregating to Rs. 1202597390.
