Rail Vikas Nigam, JSW Energy and Ahasolar Technologies to see some action today

Rail Vikas Nigam (RVNL) has received LOA from Central Railway for ‘OHE Modification Work for Up-gradation of existing 1x25 KV Electric Traction System to 2x25 KV at Feeding System in Itarsi - Amla Section in Nagpur Division of Central Railway to meet 3000 MT Loading Target’. The aforesaid work is in the normal course of business of the company.

JSW Energy has received approval for the raising of funds not exceeding Rs 10,000 crore in one or more tranches, through the issuance of eligible securities of the company by way of private offerings and / or on preferential allotment basis and / or qualified institutions placement or any other method or combination thereof as may be permitted under the applicable laws, subject to such regulatory / statutory approvals, as may be required. The Board of Directors of the company at its meeting held on May 15, 2025, inter-alia, has approved the same. 

Ahasolar Technologies has received a Work Order for Consultancy services for 48 Location for Preparation of Pre-feasibility report including site survey, technical analysis and financial analysis for setting up of Grid connected Solar Photovoltaic Project at Various location of Gujarat from Gujarat Urban Development Company (GUDCL). The whole Consultancy Service is priced at around ? 11.76 lakh.

Infosys has expanded its strategic collaboration with DNB Bank ASA (DNB), Norway’s largest bank, to accelerate the bank’s digital transformation. The collaboration will leverage company’s services, solutions, and platforms, including the Infosys Finacle platform to accelerate their IT modernization journey, improve resilience, and deliver enhanced customer experience.

S2 Engineering Industry, a wholly owned subsidiary of Standard Glass Lining Technology, has successfully commenced commercial operations at its newly established Unit-5, effective May 15, 2025. The new manufacturing facility is located at Hyderabad, Telangana. In alignment with the company’s strategic growth and consolidation plan, the operations of Unit-2, previously situated at Plot No. 1, Apuroopa Township, Jeedimetla, Hyderabad, Telangana, have been fully relocated and integrated into the newly developed Unit-5. This relocation and operational consolidation are aimed at enhancing overall efficiency, expanding production capabilities, and optimizing resource utilization. 

Vipul Organics has opened a Sales Office in the United States of America. After receiving the local approvals, all the necessary procedures have been completed and the office has been registered under the name Vipul Organics USA Inc. Based at the State of Delaware, this office will give a boost to the sales and marketing efforts of the company in USA as well as Central American Countries. In addition, stocks will be maintained at a warehouse that will ensure immediate deliveries to the customers.
