Audited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and year ended on March 31,2025. 2. Any other matter with the permission of the Chairman. Further, in continuation of its letter dated March 26, 2025, and in terms of the company’s Code of Business Conduct and Code to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by Designated Person, the trading window for insiders which is already closed with effect from April 01, 2025, shall continue to remain closed till 48 hours after the dissemination of the Audited Financial Results of the Company (both days inclusive) for the quarter and year ended on March 31, 2025.
