Tera Software has received approval for the proposal of acquisition (100% stake) of remaining 26% equity shares of subsidiary company -- TS Innovations through transfer and make it a wholly owned subsidiary. The transaction is expected to be completed in Q2 FY2025-26, subject to any extension as per the terms of SPA. The Board of Directors of the company at their meeting held on May 16, 2025, has approved the same.
