FIIs stood as net sellers in equities as per August 29 data: SEBI

The FIIs as per Thursday’s data were net sellers in equity and debt segments both, according to data released by the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI).

In equity segment, the gross buying was of Rs 4065.70 crore against gross selling of Rs 5129.90 crore. Thus, FIIs stood as net sellers of Rs 1064.20 crore in equities.

In the debt segment, the gross buying was of Rs 914.80 crore against gross selling of Rs 1050.50 crore. Thus, FIIs stood as net sellers of Rs 135.70 crore in debt.
