Under Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, VIP Industries has informed that a fire accident took place midnight i.e. early hours of Saturday, May 17, 2025 at warehouse located at Patta No 34, Daag No 1008, Kashliwal Warehouse, Pamohi Road, Near Bhumi Dhaba, Mikirpara Chakordoi, Guwahati, Kamrup Metro, Assam, 781033. The reason for the fire is yet to be ascertained. The fire was controlled but the operation of the warehouse was temporarily disrupted. There are no human injuries or casualties reported. There is adequate insurance coverage for aforesaid warehouse and intimation to the Insurance Company has already been made. While, the company is in process of ascertaining the actual loss caused due to the fire, the initial assessment of the loss may be in the range of Rs. 5-6 crores. Any further development related to this incident will be intimated within due time. In compliance with Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, and in accordance with SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/CFD-PoD-1/CIR/2023/123 dated 13th July 2023, they have enclosed the details of the incident as required in Annexure A.
