The newly incorporated Company is a step-down subsidiary of the Choice International (the company). The company has enclosed additional details under Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirement) Regulations, 2015 (‘LODR Regulations’), read with Para A of Part A of Schedule III of the LODR Regulations read with SEBI Circular dated December 31, 2024 vide Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/CFD-PoD-2/P/CIR/2024/185 as Annexure A.
