Landmark Cars has received an in-principal approval from Kia India to take over an existing workshop in Hyderabad. It had acquired the Showroom business of the same dealer couple of months back. This workshop will operate under Landmark Premium Cars. With this workshop, Landmark Cars will be able to cater to the large car parc of Kia in Hyderabad as well as increase its business from After Sales services to achieve long term growth trajectory.
While this acquisition is based on Company’s philosophy of reducing competition tactically, this expansion also strengthens Landmark’s footprint in the city of Hyderabad. This strategically aligns with Landmark Cars’ focus on deepening relationships with fast-growing premium brands and strengthening its presence in key geographies.
