Prime Industries has informed that pursuant to Regulation 29 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, the Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is convened to be held on Tuesday, the 27th day of May, 2025 at 04:00 PM at Ludhiana, to consider, approve and take on record the Audited Financial Statements for the Financial Year ended 31 March, 2025; To consider, approve and take on record the Audited Financial Results of the Company for the Quarter and Financial year ended 315t March, 2025 and; Any other matter as the Board of Directors of the Company may decide during the course of the meeting. Further noted that as per the Company's Code of Fair Disclosure and Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading under SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the trading window for dealing in shares of the Company that has already been closed from April 01, 2025, and shall open after 48 hours of the declaration of Audited financial results of the Company for the quarter and financial year ended 31 March, 2025.
