Further, pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the Trading Window for dealing in the Company's Securities is already closed from 1st April 2025 till 48 hours after results are made public on 29th May, 2025, for all the directors / officers / designated employees of the Company. All designated employees and other connected persons, as defined in the Company's Policy under said Regulations' have been advised not to trade in Company's Securities.
