Poonawalla Fincorp has raised Rs 565 crore through the allotment of 56,500 secured, redeemable, rated, listed, non-convertible debentures (NCDs) of the face value of Rs 1,00,000, through private placement. The Finance Committee vide resolution dated May 19, 2025, as authorized by the Board of Directors of the company has approved allotment of the same.
