Kotak Mahindra Mutual Fund (Kotak MF) has bought a 6.6 per cent stake in Acutaas Chemicals for nearly Rs 301 crore through open market transactions. Kotak Mahindra Mutual Fund purchased 26.97 lakh shares in two tranches in Acutaas Chemicals. The shares were acquired at an average price of Rs 1,115 apiece, taking the combined transaction value to Rs 300.81 crore.
