In furtherance to its letter dated 17 March 2025 intimating decision of the Board to acquire stake along with promoter and promoter group companies, held by Allianz SE in the insurance subsidiaries, subject to all necessary regulatory approvals, including approvals from the Competition Commission of India and the Insurance Regulatory and Development Authority of India, compliance with the covenants stipulated in the SPAs in addition to other customary conditions and compliances by parties to the agreement. Bajaj Finserv has informed that that Competition Commission of India (CCI) has accorded its approval on 20 May 2025 for acquisition of stake in Insurance Subsidiaries along with the promoter and promoter group company. The Company will keep investors/members updated of any significant development in the transaction.
