Pursuant to provisions of Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (Listing Regulations), Axiscades Technologies has informed that the Board of Directors, via circular resolution passed yesterday i.e. May 20, 2025 has approved the following matters: Designating of Ravikumar Joghee, Chief Strategy & Marketing Officer, as the Senior Management Personnel (SMP) of the Company with effect from May 20, 2025; and Designating of Anurag Sharma as Chief Growth Officer and Senior Management Personnel (SMP) of the Company with effect from May 20, 2025. The relevant details pertaining to the above, as required under Regulation 30 of the SEBI Listing Regulations, read with SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/CFD-PoD-1/P/CIR/2023/123 dated July 13, 2023, is enclosed as Annexure-I.
