A copy of the Audited Standalone and Consolidated financial results of the Company for the fourth quarter and year ended 31st March, 2025 along with Un-modified Statutory Auditor’s Reports are enclosed. The company has confirmed that the Statutory Auditors of the Company Singhi & Co., Chartered Accountants (Firm Registration No. 302049E) have furnished their report with Un-modified opinion on Audited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results for the year ended 31st March, 2025. The meeting of the Board of Directors commenced at 01:30 pm and concluded at 03:15 pm.
