GMR Airport, Zodiac Energy and ITC to see some action today

GMR Airport’s Subsidiary -- GMR Hyderabad International Airport (GHIAL) has entered into a Share Purchase Agreement (SPA) to acquire 70% stake in its associate company, ESR GMR Logistics Park (EGLPPL) with other shareholders of EGLPPL at a consideration of up to Rs 41.33 crore at a fair value as determined by an independent valuer. The acquisition is expected to be concluded within one-month, subject to achieving certain conditions precedents. GMR Hyderabad Aerotropolis (GHAL), a wholly owned subsidiary of GHIAL, already holds 30% stake in EGLPPL. Upon conclusion of the transaction, EGLPPL would become a wholly owned subsidiary of GHIAL.

Zodiac Energy has acquired a majority stake and has been admitted as a partner in Radhavallabh Solar Projects LLP and Priyapritam Solar Projects LLP, with effect from May 21, 2025. Following the acquisition, the company now holds a 51% ownership interest in each of the aforesaid LLPs through direct capital contribution. Accordingly, Radhavallabh Solar Projects LLP and Priyapritam Solar Projects LLP have become subsidiaries of the company.

ITC has acquired 594 Equity Shares of Rs 10 each (through secondary purchase) and 2,201 Compulsorily Convertible Preference Shares of Rs 10 each (through primary subscription) of Mother Sparsh Baby Care (Mother Sparsh) for an aggregate consideration of approximately Rs 50.6 crore. Consequent to the above, the company’s shareholding in Mother Sparsh aggregates 39.47% of its share capital (on a fully diluted basis).

NBCC (India) has received order worth approximately Rs 161.55 crore (Excluding GST) from Power Finance Corporation for Interior works at Tower-H, World Trade Centre, Nauroji Nagar, New Delhi.

InterGlobe Aviation (IndiGo) has reported the Passenger Load Factor (PLF) of 86.9% during the month of April 2025. The company had reported PLF of 84.6% during the month of March 2025. The PLF is a key indicator of the company’s performance, as it measures the average percentage of seats filled on airline’s aircraft fleet.
