According to the data released by the NSE, the Foreign Institutional Investors (FIIs) were net buyers of Rs 870.00 crore in index futures and options segments as per Friday’s data, August 30, 2013.
FIIs were sellers of index futures to the tune of Rs 155.12 crore and they bought index options worth Rs 1025.12 crore. In the stock segment, FII’s were net buyers of stock futures worth Rs 457.15 crore, while they also bought stock options worth Rs 17.97 crore.
