The Ramco Cements has informed that based on the recommendation of the Audit Committee, the Board of Directors at their meeting held today (22.05.2025), had recommended the appointment of Sriram Krishnamurthy & Co., (formerly known as S.Krishnamurthy & Co.), Company Secretaries, as the Secretarial Auditors of the Company, subject to the approval of the Shareholders of the Company at the ensuing Annual General Meeting scheduled on 13th August 2025. Their appointment, if approved by the Shareholders, would be for a period of five consecutive years from 2025-2026 to 2029-2030. The disclosure as required under Regulation 30 of the SEBI - LODR, read with Circular No: SEBI/HO/CFD/PoD2/CIR/P/0155 dated 11th November 2024 issued by SEBI is enclosed.
