Pursuant to Regulation 29 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, Novateor Research Laboratories has informed that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the company is scheduled to be held on Friday, May 30, 2025 at registered office of the company to consider the following businesses: 1. To consider, approve and take on record the audited financial results of the company for the half year and year ended March 31, 2025; 2. To transact any other matter with prior approval of chairman. In accordance with the Company's Code of Conduct for Regulating, Monitoring and Reporting of Trading by designated persons and their immediate relatives, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company shall remain closed from April 01, 2025 till the end of 48 hours after the announcement/ declaration of the audited financial results for the half year and year ending on March 31, 2025.
