In compliance with Regulation 30 read with Schedule III, Part A, Para A (7) of the SEBI Listing Regulations, Heritage Foods has informed that Sannu Francis Clement, Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) and Senior Management Personnel (SMP) of the Company, as per Regulation 16(1)(d) of SEBI Listing Regulations, has tendered his resignation from the services of the Company on May 23, 2025, due to personal reasons. He will be relieved from the services with effect from close of business hours of August 22, 2025. The details required in terms of Regulation 30 read with Schedule III - Para A(7C) of Part A of the SEBI Listing Regulations and SEBI Circulars issued in this regard, are given in Annexure - A and the copy of resignation letter is enclosed as Annexure - B.
