Dalal Street Investments has informed that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting concluded today on Saturday, May 24, 2025 has considered and approved the Audited Standalone Financial Results for the 4th Quarter and Year ended 31st March, 2025 along with the Audit Report pursuant to Regulation 33 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015. Financial Results along with the declaration that Auditors’ Report on the Results is with unmodified opinion is annexed to this letter; The Board upon the recommendation of Audit Committee have approved the appointment of Praful P. Karia & Co (Firm Registration Number-108059W) as internal Auditors of the Company. The requisite details of the appointment as attached herewith as Annexure 1. The Results are being uploaded on the Company’s website viz.dalalstreetinvestments.com and further the results will be published in the newspapers in terms of Regulation 47 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 in due course.
