Kemistar Corporation, Syrma SGS Technology, Artefact Projects to see some action today

Kemistar Corporation’s wholly owned subsidiary -- M/s. K.P. International has started trial production of E-waste & related products processing at unit situated in GIDC Dahej, Gujarat. The equipment of the plant has been supplied by top of the line overseas and Indian suppliers. This facility shall help the company in starting of new verticals in renewable sectors.

Syrma SGS Technology has received approval from Ministry of Corporate Affairs for incorporation of wholly owned subsidiary -- Syrma Elecomp. The Ministry of Corporate Affairs, has issued a Certificate of Incorporation for the same. The subsidiary shall carry out the business of electronics design, assembly and manufacturing of other components for electronic applications.

Artefact Projects has received the letter of Award worth Rs 3.77 crore plus GST from Independent Engineer Services. The order is to be executed within 36 months.  

Nibe has received a Purchase Order from a leading global OEM Israel based defence technology company for a total consideration of $17,520,000 i.e. approximately Rs 150.62 crore for manufacturing and supply of Universal Rocket Launcher ranging up to 300km. The said order is expected to be completed on or before November 2027.

Harsha Engineers International has successfully commissioned 2X5.20 MWp Solar Tracker PV Power Plant (Solar Power Plant) at Survey No. 13, 19, 34, 35, 36, 37, Village: Vada, Talluka: Kankrej, District: Banaskantha, Gujarat. The Solar Power Plant was commissioned on May 23, 2025 in accordance with the approved commissioning protocol and will be used for captive purpose.

DroneAcharya Aerial Innovations has received approval to acquire balance 49% stake from existing Shareholder(s) of PYI Technologies. Post acquisition, PYI Technologies would become a Wholly Owned Subsidiary of the company. The acquisition will expand the scope of business in Drone Manufacturing, trading and drone training. Cost of acquisition is Rs 49,000. The said acquisition is expected to be completed within 90 days. The Board of Directors of the company at its meeting held on May 14, 2025, has approved the same.

Oriental Rail Infrastructure has secured orders worth Rs 6.57 crore from ‘Integral Coach Factory (ICF), Chennai, Indian Railways’. The said order is expected to be executed by January 31, 2026.  Delivery is to be made to Furnishing Division/ICF, Chennai. Further, up to 90% of the supply portion shall be made on proof of inspection certificate and Provisional Physical Receipt Certificate and balance payment of 10% of the supply portion along with 100% installation charges will be made after receipt, acceptance of stores by the consignee based on the installation certificate issued by competent authority.
