Infibeam Avenues gets nod to divest entire stake in Infibeam Logistics

Infibeam Avenues has received approval from board of directors to divest its entire stake in Infibeam Logistics (ILPL), Wholly Owned Subsidiary of the Company. Upon completion of transfer of shares, ILPL will cease to be a subsidiary of the Company. The consideration to be received from such sale is not exceeding Rs 37.50 crore. The Board of Directors at its meeting held on May 26, 2025 has considered and approved the same.
