As required under Provision 2 to Reg. 33(3)(d) of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, the Company hereby declares that the Statutory Auditors have expressed an unmodified opinion on the Standalone and Consolidated financial results for the year ended 31st March 2025.
