In compliance with Regulation 33 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, (as amended} (the SEBI Listing Regulations), the Audited (Standalone) Financial Results of Vikas WSP (the Company) for the quarter and financial year ended 31 March 2025, were approved at the meeting of the Board of Directors held on 28 May 2025, which commenced at 11.00 AM (IST) and concluded on 29 May 2025 at 03.15 PM (IST) (the Meeting). In this regard, in compliance with Regulations 30 and 33 of the SEBI Listing Regulations, they enclosed the aforesaid Results in the prescribed format along with the Auditor's Report containing modified opinion as received from the Statutory Auditors of the Company. The impact of such qualification is mentioned in the Integrated Financials Filing for the said Results. The Board at the Meeting recommended the appointment of Gambhir Khurana & Associates, Chartered Accountants (FRN: 012599N and M. No.: 543481) to conduct the Internal Audit of the Company for the financial year ending 31 March 2026.
