RMC Switchgears has made further investment of Rs 2.60 crore in RMC Green Energy (Target Company). RMC Green Energy has allotted 26,00,000 Equity Shares of Rs 10 each at par on May 29, 2025. The Target Company is subsidiary and objective of the investment in shares of the subsidiary is for the enhancement of its business.
