Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, it has enclosed copies of the notice for the attention of Shareholders of the Company in respect to transfer of equity shares of the Company to Investor Education and Protection Fund (IEPF) Account, published on May 31, 2025 in Financial Express in English language and Mumbai Lakshadeep, in Marathi language.
