State-run Indian Oil Corporation’s (IOC) Paradip refinery project is expected to commission by the end of the current financial year. This project, on which it has invested about Rs 30,000 crore, will process heavy and high sulphur crude oils. This project will be able to refine about 15 million tonnes of crude oil.
