Apeejay Surrendra Park Hotels has signed Hotel Management Agreement with Goyal Parmarthik Trust for the upcoming Zone by THE PARK, Mathura, to be located at Aanyor, Tehsil Govardhan, Mathura, Uttar Pradesh. The hotel will have around 100 rooms including Banquet Hall, conference rooms, all day dining restaurant, swimming pool, gymnasium, SPA facility, parking facilities, elevators, office for hotel management, etc. Apart from the aforesaid new hotel, the company presently operates 35 hotels across India, including properties owned, leased, and managed.

Emcure Pharmaceuticals has entered into a Share Subscription and Shareholders’ Agreement and Power Transfer Agreement(s) dated June 02, 2025, to purchase the electricity generated from Torrent Urja 37 (TUPL), in accordance with the provisions of the aforesaid Agreement(s) to meet its energy requirements at identified facilities in the state of Gujarat.

Slated to open in June 2025, the 50-key hotel in Kulhan promises to be the ultimate ‘Urban Retreat’ for modern travellers and is easily accessible from popular destinations like Mussoorie, Rishikesh, Haridwar and Dhanaulti.

Ladderup Finance’s subsidiary -- Ladderup Asset Managers has incorporated a new Subsidiary in Gift City, Ahmedabad by the name Ladderup Fund Management IFSC. Consequent to the incorporation, Ladderup Fund Management IFSC has become a Step-Down Subsidiary of the Company.

Escorts Kubota’s construction equipment business division in May 2025 has sold 321 machines, down by 29.9% as against 458 machines sold in May 2024. The investment committee of Board of Directors of the company in its meeting held on June 02, 2025 has approved the same.

Shree Cement has inked a five-year Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with RITES to bolster the company’s rail infrastructure network, enabling efficient and sustainable transportation of raw materials and finished goods across its manufacturing units. Under the terms of the agreement, RITES will provide end-to-end services from concept to commissioning - for upgrading, renovating, and establishing new rail connectivity.
