The purpose of fixing the Record Date is 01/09/2025 and Book Closure 02/09/2025 to 08/09/2025 for Annual General Meeting. The record date, Friday, June 6, 2025 for the purpose of payment of Interim Dividend for the Financial Year 2025-26 has been cancelled.
