NLC India has informed that NLC India Renewables (Wholly Owned Subsidiary of NLC India Limited) has incorporated a Joint Venture Company (JVC) with Rajasthan Rajya Vidyut Utpadan Nigam Limited (RVUNL) under the name and style of ‘NIRL Rajasthan Renewables Limited’ with equity participation of 74:26 respectively, to undertake Green Energy Projects. The Ministry of Corporate Affairs has issued a Certificate of Incorporation for the same on 2nd June, 2025. In compliance of the SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/CFD-PoD-1/P/CIR/2023/123 dated July 13, 2023 details are given in Annexure I.
