Post the Proposed Transaction Yosto Ventures shall have ceased to be Subsidiary; Approval of the appointment of HRU & Associates as secretarial auditor of the company for FY 2024-2025. The detailed disclosures as required under SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/CFD-PoD1/P/CIR/2023/123 dated July 13, 2023 and such other circulars as applicable, is enclosed as Annexure I. The Board meeting commenced at 4:00 pm (IST) and was concluded at 4:30 pm (IST).
