In continuation of its intimation dated February 7, 2025 and pursuant to Regulation 30 of the Listing Regulations and other applicable regulations, if any, with respect to the acquisition of the gold loan business of Paul Merchants Finance (‘Seller’) by way of slump sale on a going concern basis for a lumpsum consideration (‘Business Transfer’), through execution of the business transfer agreement (‘BTA’) and other ancillary documents (as applicable) between, the Company and the Seller in this regard, L&T Finance has informed that pursuant to fulfilment of the conditions precedents stipulated in the BTA, and such other approvals / consents, as required, the said transaction has been completed today, June 09, 2025. Further, a press release in relation to completion of the said acquistion is enclosed as Annexure A. This intimation is also being made available on the Company’s website at www.ltfinance.com/investors.
