However, the Company has submitted the Statement on Impact of Audit Qualification (Consolidated) for the year ended March 31, 2025 and Auditor has given the reference of Qualification / Observation in their Audit Report (Consolidated) for the year ended March 31, 2025. In view of the above, Man Industries (India) has informed that it enclosed the revised Auditors Report (Consolidated) of the Company for the year ended March 31, 2025 issued by the Statutory Auditors after incorporating the detailed Qualification / Observation in their Audit Report. The company has also enclosed the Financial Results (Standalone and Consolidated) of the Company for the year ended March 31, 2025.
