Poonawalla Fincorp has received approval from Finance Committee to raise upto Rs 500 crore through issuance of secured, redeemable, rated, listed, non-convertible debentures (NCDs) of face value of Rs 1,00,000 each in dematerialized form, through private placement.
The Finance Committee, as authorized by the Board of Directors of the Company, on June 09, 2025 has approved the same.
