Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, Telecanor Global has informed that the company has been unable to meet the conditions stipulated in the settlement agreement entered into with Phoenix ARC for existing loan from Dhanlaxmi Bank. Consequently, the said settlement stands annulled, and the underlying loan remains in its original status as per the terms prior to the agreement.
