Mankind Pharma has informed that the Nomination and Remuneration Committee of the Board of Directors of the Company vide circular resolution passed today June 10, 2025, has allotted 57,709 equity shares of face value of Re. 1/- each of the Company to the eligible employees who have exercised their options pursuant to the ESOP Plan. These shares shall rank with the existing equity shares of the Company. Consequent to the aforesaid allotment, the paid-up share capital of the Company has increased from 41,26,71,039 Equity Shares to 41,27,28,748 Equity Shares having face value of Re. 1/- each. In terms of Regulation 10(c) of the SEBI ESOP Regulations, the details are enclosed as ‘Annexure – I’. The same is being uploaded on website of the Company at www.mankindpharma.com.
