Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, GTV Engineering has informed that it attached the Postal Ballot Notice dated June 07th, 2025, along with the explanatory statement, seeking approval of the members of the Company, by way of remote e-voting process (‘evoting’). Postal Ballot Notice is being sent only through electronic mode to those members whose names appear on the register of members / register of beneficial owners, as on Monday, 09th June, 2025 (‘Cut-off Date’), received from the Depositories and whose e-mail address is registered with the Company / Registrar and Transfer Agent / Depository Participants / Depositories. The Company has engaged the services of Central Depository Services (CDSL), Depository, as the agency to provide e-voting facility to all its members. The e-voting facility will be available from Thursday June 12th, 2025 (9.00 AM.) and ends on Friday, July 11th, 2025 (5.00 PM).
