Dalmia Bharat has informed that pursuant to an appeal filed u/s 128A of the Central Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017, by Dalmia Cement (Bharat) (DCBL), wholly owned subsidiary of the Company, the Office of Assistant Commissioner of GST & Central Excise, Rourkela-I Division, Odisha, has waived off the entire amount of Interest & penalty, amounting to Rs. 5,60,148 and Rs. 56,015 respectively, earlier confirmed by an Order of the Superintendent, Central GST and Central Excise, Rajgangpur Range, Odisha, under Section 73 of the Central Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017, upholding demand in Order based on observations in GST Audit Report. The Order has been received on June 10, 2025 at 12:15 PM The details as required under Regulation 30 of the Listing Regulations read with SEBI circular No. EBI/HO/CFD/CFD-PoD-1/P/CIR/2023/123 dated July 13,2023 are provided in the Annexure hereto.
