Waaree Energies has informed that Waaree Solar Americas, a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company has received an order on June 11, 2025 for supply of 599 MW solar modules from a renowned customer who is a developer and owner-operator of utility scale solar and energy storage projects across the United States. The details/disclosures in respect of such contract, as required under Regulation 30 of the SEBI Listing Regulations, read with Schedule III thereto and SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/CFDPoD1/P/CIR/2023/123 dated July 13, 2023, are provided in the enclosed Annexure-A.
