Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (‘Listing Regulation’), Nibe has informed that the Company has received a Purchase Order from one of the leading Infra and Defence Company for Supply of Armor Plate MIL12560 (ARMOUR) for a total consideration of Rs. 23.33 crores (inclusive of all taxes and duties) as per details mentioned in annexure A. The details are required under Regulation 30 of the Listing Regulations read with SEBI/HO/CFD/PoD2/CIR/P/0155 dated November 11, 2024 (erstwhile SEBI/HO/CFD/CFD-PoD-1/P/CIR/2023/123 dated July 13, 2023) is attached as ‘Annexure A’.
