With reference to clarification sought from Permanent Magnets on June 10, 2025, in relation to significant movement in price of the shares of the Company, Permanent Magnets has informed that the Company has, from time to time, disclosed all material events and information to BSE, in compliance with Regulation 30 and other applicable provisions of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015. As on date, there is no pending announcement or undisclosed information that may have a bearing on the operations or performance of the Company and which requires disclosure under the aforementioned Regulations. They believed that the recent movement in the Company’s share price is market-driven and attributable to overall market conditions, on which the Company has no control and is not aware of any specific reason for the same.
