Sterlite Technologies, Race Eco Chain and Lemon Tree Hotels to see some action today

Sterlite Technologies (STL), through its Global Services Business (the demerged business vertical), in consortium with Dilip Buildcon, has entered into an Agreement with Bharat Sanchar Nigam (BSNL) on June 11, 2025. The Agreement pertains to the design, supply, construction, installation, upgradation, operation, and maintenance of the middle-mile network under BharatNet for the Jammu & Kashmir and Ladakh Telecom Circles - Package 13.

Race Eco Chain has invested Rs 2.55 crore in the equity shares of Ganesha Recycling Chain, a subsidiary Company by way of Subscription towards Rights Issue and has been allotted 2,55,000 Equity Shares of Face Value of Rs 10 each at a price of Rs 100 each (Including Premium of Rs 90 per share) on June 11, 2025. Further, pursuant to the above acquisition of shares the stake in the Subsidiary Company will remain same with 51% ownership.

Lemon Tree Hotels has signed new property--Lemon Tree Premier, Mhow, Madhya Pradesh. The property shall be managed by Carnation Hotels, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Lemon Tree Hotels. Lemon Tree Premier, Mhow, Madhya Pradesh will feature 72 well-appointed rooms, a restaurant, a meeting room, a banquet, a swimming pool, a spa and other public areas.

Zydus Lifesciences has received the Establishment Inspection Report (EIR) report from the US FDA for the inspection conducted at its API manufacturing facility located at Ankleshwar. This facility underwent an inspection from 10th to 14th March 2025, and the inspection has been classified as No Action Indicated (NAI). The USFDA has concluded that this inspection is ‘closed’.

Marine Electricals (India) has received orders amounting to total of Rs 60.44 crore (excluding taxes). The company has received order from ACG Universal Capsules for Supply, Installation, Testing & commissioning of Power Distribution System. The delivery of the said goods/services shall be made over a period of 6-7 months. The company has also received order from Agratas Energy Storage Solutions for Supply & Supervision during Installation, Testing & commissioning of Power Distribution System. The delivery of the said goods/services shall be made over a period of 6-7 months. Further, the company has received order from DC Development Hyderabad for Testing and Commissioning of Power Distribution System. The delivery of the said goods/Services shall be made over a period of 3 months.

NIBE has received a purchase order from one of the leading Infra and Defence Company for supply of Armor Plate MIL12560 (ARMOUR) for a total consideration of Rs 23.33 crore (inclusive of all taxes and duties). The order will be executed in tranches by May 31, 2026.

H.G. Infra Engineering has been declared as lowest bidder for transmission service provider to establish Inter State Transmission system for ‘Eastern Region Generation Scheme - I (ERGS-I)’ through tariff based competitive bidding process in the state of Odisha. The company has been declared as a lowest bidder by the PFC Consulting.
